Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. All online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Ice Wonderland Dammam is not responsible for processing errors or failures caused by banks or payment providers. All prices are listed in SAR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Safety Rules and Conduct
Visitors must adhere to all posted signs, staff instructions, and safety guidelines. Reckless skating, horseplay, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Smoking, food, and beverages are not allowed on the ice. Management reserves the right to remove anyone acting unsafely without refund.
6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Ice skating involves inherent risks. By entering the premises or participating in any activity, you assume all responsibility for injuries or damages. You release Ice Wonderland Dammam, its employees, and affiliates from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
7. Equipment and Facilities
Rental skates and protective gear are provided for use during your booked session. Users must return them in good condition. A replacement or repair fee may apply for lost or damaged equipment.
8. Lost Property
Ice Wonderland Dammam is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Found items will be kept at the Customer Service desk for a limited time.
9. Photography and Media Rights
Photography and filming may occur for promotional purposes. By entering, you grant Ice Wonderland Dammam rights to use your image and likeness without compensation.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected during booking is used solely to fulfill reservations. Card details are not stored or shared beyond what is necessary for transaction processing.
11. Intellectual Property
