Tickets & Sessions

Do I need a ticket if I use my own skates?

Yes. All visitors must hold a valid ticket regardless of whether they use their own or rented skates.

No. Tickets are valid only for the selected session.

No. Each ticket is valid only for its session. To skate again, you must purchase another ticket.

No, it is sufficient to show the QR code on your mobile phone. (Note: this option is still to be confirmed.)

Skates & Equipment

What skate sizes are available?

From children’s EU 25 up to adult EU 50.

Yes, but the organizer reserves the right to refuse them if they are deemed unsuitable or unsafe. Speed skates are not permitted.

Yes, you may use your own helmet and pads. Protective gear is also available to rent or purchase at our customer service desk.

Yes, they are available for hire on-site only.

Rules & Safety

Is there a minimum age or height requirement?
  • Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Children taller than 110 cm may skate independently.
  • Children shorter than 110 cm are not allowed to skate for safety reasons.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session to collect your equipment and prepare for entry.

Personal photography and filming are allowed. However, selfie sticks, professional cameras, and unauthorized filming are not permitted on the ice.

Rules & Safety

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

No. Refunds are not available.

In that case, an alternative session will be offered, subject to availability.

In this case, no refund or replacement session will be provided.

Additional Information

  • Spectators: Entry for spectators is free; they can watch from the viewing area.
  • Capacity: Maximum of 220 skaters per session.
  • Clothing: Sports or warm clothing that dries quickly is recommended.
    • Gloves and socks are mandatory.
    • You may use your own or ours.
    • Gloves are available for purchase.
    • Socks are included in the skate rental if you don’t have your own.
  • Toilets: Located inside the Global City complex, near the rink.
