GENERAL INFORMATION

Ticket Availability: Tickets are available exclusively online through this page or at the ticket desk at the entrance to the Ice Wonderland ice rink.

Session Access: Tickets can be purchased up to 15 minutes after the session has started.

Ticket Prices: Prices vary depending on the date and time. Once you select your preferred session, the correct ticket price will automatically update. We offer different ticket categories for off-peak and peak times, each with its own pricing.

Booking Fee: A single booking fee applies per booking, not per ticket. 

Session Length: Each session lasts 30 minutes, with a 15-minute interval between sessions to resurface the ice.

  • Children
    • Skating is permitted for children taller than 100 cm, while children shorter than 100 cm are not allowed to skate for safety reasons.
    • Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult, or if they are below 120 cm in height.
  • Complimentary ice skate rentals, available in sizes ranging from children’s EU 25 to adult size EU 50
  • Socks – it is mandatory to wear socks when using skates for hygiene reasons. You may bring your own or use the socks we provide when collecting your skates.
  • It is strongly recommended for all visitors with no prior skating experience to use a skating aid, as it makes the first encounter with the ice easier and helps beginners learn to skate more quickly.
  • Children under the age of 6 are required to wear a helmet and protective pads while on the ice. They may use their own or rent/purchase ours at the customer service desk.
  • Ice skating aids are vailable for hire at (dodati cijenu) per aid per session, from the customer service desk.
  • Skating aids are available for purchase 30 minutes prior to your booked session, on-site.
  • Processed securely through Paypal. Your card details will never touch their servers.
  • Skating school is available. Information and reservations for private coaching can be arranged at the ice rink ticket office.
