House rules & safety regulations

The following Rules and Regulations are for your safety – please ensure that you have read them before taking to the ice and listen to all instructions from our Ice Rink Staff.

Please Make Sure:

  • Put on your skates in the changing area and use the seating provided for safety.
  • Ensure your skates fit properly and always wear socks.
  • Wear appropriate winter/sports clothing; gloves and socks are mandatory.
  • Follow the skating direction and adjust your speed to the crowd.
    Use skating aids and protective equipment carefully – either your own or ours.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session to allow enough time to prepare.
  • Follow staff instructions at all times.
  • Use the cloakroom for personal belongings, but at your own risk.
  • Have fun and enjoy the experience!

Not Permitted

  • Entering the ice without skates or a valid ticket.
  • Using speed skates or inappropriate equipment.
  • Jumping, sudden stops, skating too fast, or forming group “chains.”
  • Throwing objects, spraying ice, or disturbing other skaters.
  • Sitting, climbing, or leaning on the barriers.
  • Food, drinks, chewing gum, or smoking on the ice.
  • Bringing bags, mobile phones, or selfie sticks onto the ice.

  • Skating is at your own risk. Please note that, as in any sport, injuries are possible. If safety rules are followed and all equipment is used, this risk is minimized.
  • The organizer is not responsible for injuries, lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
  • All visitors must hold a valid ticket, regardless of whether they use their own or rented skates.
  • Tickets are valid only for the selected session and cannot be changed or extended.
  • No refunds are available. In case of cancellation by the organizer, an alternative session will be offered.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked session to collect equipment and prepare for entry.
  • Skates are available in sizes EU 25–50.
  • Visitors may bring their own skates, except for speed skates, which are not permitted.
  • Gloves and socks are mandatory – you may use your own or purchase/rent them on-site.
  • Protective gear (helmets, pads) may be your own or rented/purchased on-site.
  • Skating aids are available for hire only at the rink.
  • Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Children taller than 110 cm may skate independently.
  • Children shorter than 110 cm are not permitted to skate for safety reasons.
  • Throwing objects or spraying ice is prohibited.
  • Smoking, eating, or drinking on the ice is prohibited.
  • Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal without a refund.
  • Belongings left in the cloakroom are at your own risk.
  • During the use of the ice rink, there is a possibility that clothing may get wet. This is normal as it is a real ice surface, which can be wet at certain times.
  • Visitors accept that they may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
  • Personal photography is permitted, but selfie sticks and professional equipment are not allowed on the ice without prior approval.
  • The organizer reserves the right to temporarily close the rink in case of adverse weather, technical issues, or any circumstances affecting visitor safety.
  • By entering the ice rink, you accept the terms of use of the rink.

 

Code of Conduct on the Ice

  • Always follow staff instructions.
  • Skate in the designated direction and adjust your speed according to crowd levels.
  • Do not push, pull, or obstruct other skaters.
  • If you fall, get up quickly to clear the way for others.
  • Children must always be supervised by an adult.
  • All skaters must wear gloves and suitable clothing.
